    Christopher, with all three you have source code. The $99 option gives you the actual version and no upgrades in the future, unless you pay the $65 subscription upgrade (one time). The other two subscriptions give you lifetime upgrades (you don’t ever pay again for new version downloads – best value).

    It is not open source. The source is not encrypted but at the moment you cannot download for free.

    I feel like, you are trying to download from a different website. After purchase, our software is available for download at the Chatroulette Download Center and you get a login by email that never expires. You can download the package as many times as you wish.
    The only exception may be the basic (lowest) package, however this one will allow you downloading for 36 hours (3 days) as many times as you wish.

    After purchase I could have downloaded the file but when I tried to open that in winzip. Then winzip says corrupted zip file. Then I tried to redownload it again but your website says you have already downloaded it.
    I never seen something like this before in my entire life. After downloading a package user may wish to cancel and redownload a file later. Internet connection may get lost at the middle of download. Sometime full file may not be downloaded because of browser/internet issues. You guys made a good software, good website but what you are doing with the download link simply does not make sense.

    Please send me the download link again or send me the package via email.
